Anual Planning Meet of Manakin Nature Tours Team

Seeing a full room was a great emotion, after these difficult times with the pandemic, and seeing a team that is committed and with every desire to continuously improve was a joy for everyone! Manakin Nature Tours always dreamed of their goals and worked hard to make our goals and dreams come true!

During two days we carried out our training to always seek excellence in our tours, topics were addressed on customer service, people management, conflict resolution, relationship with our customers and suppliers, good practices in the field, showing how always to create unforgettable moments for our friends and customers. We also covered the “bureaucratic part of the tours” that guides need to do for the company’s accounting!

It is very interesting the whole process that it takes to carry out a birding tour, we are very grateful for our team, because it is not an easy task, and yet everyone performs perfectly!

We also carry out marketing training, so that everyone can see how our marketing department is working to position Manakin Nature Tours as one of the leading birding and wildlife companies in Latin America!

At the end, we held a little secret friend activity, so they could get to know each other a little more! And we present what are the next steps for Manakin Nature Tours, and where and how we are going to get there!
